Engineering World Health at UC Berkeley

Imagine living in a place where newborns have one of the highest mortality rates in the world, where poverty is rampant, and where per capita income barely covers the necessities of life. A place where power supplies may be unreliable and a simple blown fuse can affect life-saving surgical procedures. Engineering World Health has been created to answer the needs of disadvantaged areas through providing and maintaining appropriate medical technology. We are looking for people who want to improve the healthcare status of people in underserved areas, regardless of major or background. If this describes you, join the EWH team.

  Sunday, November 29th, 11:59pm

  Read the Officer Descriptions and decide which position you want to run for! You can then apply for the position by filling out the application. The candidates for the executive positions will be presented in a powerpoint for everbody to vote on. Officer positions will then be decided by this executive board.

  This is the final chance to attend a build session. We will be putting the finishing touches on the ESU testers.
